In the games, it's... actually not a secret at all that people eat pokemon. They totally acknowledged that fact in the Canclave library in the Gen 4 games.
In the manga, it has never been acknowledged to my knowledge.
And though i would love to see the next part of the Oz thing. Don't feel presured to work on it if you dont have a feel for it at the time.
Its like bad sex. The more work you put into it when you just don't feel it, the more unsatisfied you are when its over.
